High Speed Ahead...

So we have finally come out from under our rock and upgraded our phones to include texting (only cuz it wasn't going to cost us any more $$ to add it), not only that but we are actually going to go wireless and get high speed DSL internet (only because we saved $$ by bundling and it paid for itself). There has so much change this week with the technology in our lives...I am now going to have to change up my morning routine because I used to: get up, click on the internet, go and make breakfast, come back and click on the next step for getting on line, go down throw in a load of laundry, and then come up and it was ready to check my email, facebook, etc..  Now that I am going to be able to get online right away...I may never get anything else accomplished.  I am also going to have to enroll in a texting 101 course...Do they have those? they should.  I figure if I just use hooked on phonics to spell and occasionally leave out a vowel or two, It should appear as though I know what I am doing.  Jeremey taught me some thumb exercises so that they remain limber....Jaydin is helping me practice so that I can increase my speed.  If only the phone was the size of a real keyboard...I would be super fast.  Seriously they did have a phone that had large number pads and large print, with a large screen and I told the guy that was the one I needed.  Jaydin just rolled her eyes and slapped her hand on her forehead. The salesman politely explained that it was marketed for "seniors" and had a button on the back that dialed (911) and a built in GPS so the the ambulance could find the person if they fell or etc. 

At any rate, we have been having fun texting each other all day today...yes we are all sitting in the same room and could just speak...but where is the fun in that??
