The mom taxi that is. It was a marathon day yesterday of driving back and forth across town. 1st Jeremey to Jazz festival on the NE side of town then Jaydin to basketball game on the NW side of town and again back to the NE side of town to pick up Jeremey from Jazz festival only to have to drive back to the NW side of town to finish watching Jaydin's game. Afterwards we headed home for a brief change of clothes before taking Jaydin to dance and then afterwards heading back to the high school to help with the afternoon session of the Jazz Festival. I logged over 70 miles on the vehicle yesterday and never left the city limits (keep in mind the city is probably only 8-10 miles in radius). I am seriously thinking of painting the van yellow. Oh well, such is the life of a mom with 2 very active kids.....seriously Mom how did you do it with 5 of us?
The bonus in the day was that my Cousin's (Jeff and Tracy) kids played at the Jazz Festival too, so I was able to catch up with them for a quick visit. Nice chatting with you guys!!
