Oh yeah ya just gotta love when your thermostat goes kaput on the hottest/most humid day of the year so far. I called for a repair estimate and they were kind enough to tell me that it would be cheaper to go and buy one and install it ourselves...."it's real easy...just wire to wire, feel free to call us back to talk you through it if you get stuck". I guess I have to appreciate thier honesty and concern for my budget.
So Happy Birthday Rob, I hate to let the cat out of the bag, but you're getting a new thermostat for your birthday!!
