That is the sound of Ashley's magic fingers taking the knots out of my neck. The spasms have been creeping in over the last week, and I decided I better call the chiropracter to get everything back into alignment. I tried something new this time. I went for a message first to loosen up the muscles, in hopes that the adjustment would be more effective.....and yes it was! After 30 min. of kneading on my neck, back and hips....Dr. Johnson was able to easily snap and crack everything back into place. I feel like a new woman....however I was cautioned to take it easy since I am loose now so that nothing slips out of place. I guess that is my que to kick back on the couch and watch a movie. In fact it would probably be best if I didn't do laundry, dishes, cook, or anything else for that matter for oh, let's say the next week or two??? WELL A GIRL CAN DREAM CAN'T SHE!!
ps. Jo, I have to say she did a pretty good job for being fresh out of school...but nothing can touch the magic and love that flows through your fingers when you give messages. Wish you lived closer ;-)

Good Job Paula! Glad you are feeling better. I don't know...I'm a little(a lot) out of practice on the massages these days.
