The Christmas Game

I've been tagged....my cousin Michelle tagged me on her blog with the following questions, so here goes...

1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? both wrapping paper for those under the tree, bags for teacher gifts and grab bags.
2. Real tree or artificial? Real...I am a tree snob and love the fresh smell
3. When do you put up your tree? The Sunday after Thanksgiving
4. When do you take it down? New Years Day
5. Do you like Eggnog? YUK...can't even fake it, it makes me gag
6. Favorite gift as a child? baby tenderlove doll
7. Do you have a Nativity scene? 2 of them
8. Hardest person to shop for? Teen age nieces and nephews
9. Easiest person to shop for? Nieces and Nephews under the age of 5
10. Worst christmas gift? serving tray
11. Mail or Email cards? Mail (Although it is tempting to blog and send out the address) I like to have copy of our letter as it is a year in review. I hope to be able to look back at them some day and relive all the memories.
12. Favorite Christmas Movie? It's a wonderful Life
13. When do you start christmas shopping? Whenever I see a great deal and think of someone
14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? Oh yes, I attend a couple of white elephant holiday parties every year.
15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? green bean casserole, ham balls, potato casserole all the comfort foods.
16. Clear or Colored lights on the tree? Clear and lots of them
17. Favorite Christmas Song? Joy to the World, Little Drummer Boy, Silent Night
18. Travel or stay at home for Christmas? Stay at home....sometimes we even wear our jammies all day long. Travel home to the farm on the weekend before or after depending on the year.
19. Name Santa's reindeer? Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixon, comit, cupid, donder and blitzen, Rudolph and "olive" the other reindeer.
20. Angel or Star on the Tree? Angel...it's a Lutheran thing
21. Open gifts on Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day? Both...we open gifts from our family in Arizona on Christmas Eve since we don't get to see them we try to make it a special night in honor of them. Christmas day we open Santa gifts and gifts to each other.
22. Most Annoying thing about this time of year? Stressed out Crazy, Cranky shoppers
