The Definition of Motherhood

mother-n. a female parent. If you capitalize the M it becomes superior or a proper noun. This term also takes on the form of an adjective or an adverb- motherly; defining ones characteristic or behavior. It is kids that make us mothers and also turn the term into a verb-Motherhood...an action verb to be exact. I know many that are afraid of loosing their identity when they become mothers...I say embrace it and find your identity within the role and you will discover some of the most amazing nd rewarding aspects of the word. Jeremey and Jaydin swinging on the swings at the farm. They are the reason I am called Mom!
It was a joy to spend Mother's Day with my Mom and with the Mom's of all these amazing kids above. Another great joy in my life is being an Aunt. Some of the cousins pose for a picture on the big rock. Oh if that rock could talk....it holds many a story from many a generation.
(top to bottom: Jacob, Connor, Olivia, Jaydin, Jeremey, Jackie, Emma)
