State Festival

Jaydin at her Arizona display booth. Each child was assigned a state and they researched that state all year long and put together a presentation for the Festival. Graphs, charts, quizes, brochures, a power point presention and much more. This evening there was an open house and we were able to visit all the states. We then made our way into the Gym where the 4th graders put on a concert about the Fifty Nifty United States. It was very cool! Tomorrow they are having a food festival and each child brings in something to share that is representative of their state. So we are making enchiladas, and taking in chips and salsa.
