Hmmm...ever have one of those days when you feel like you just can't win, no matter what you do? Have you ever had one of those aquaintences that you seem to have to walk on egg shells around. You know the kind... they define friendship in a different manner....you know like as long as you agree with me, and do what ever I want and make sure that I am getting the attention that I need, and drop everything you're doing to meet my needs and you lift me up and put me on a pedastal, then life is good...but should you happen to have a relationship with other people, or are caught having a good time participating in the activities of the day and then next thing you know you're being summonsed to a sit down to disscuss the "issue"??? (that which of course you weren't aware there was)
I guess I find myself perplexed with this personality type. I have never been one to require high maintenance in the friendship department. I generally like a variety of personalities and truly enjoy meeting new people. I don't neccessarily have preset expectations when developing a relationship with others. I tend to find joy in just experiencing the ride let it be what it is, don't force it, and don't take it personally if we don't spend every living momement as best buds. So how does one wrap theier head around this type?
Hey, anyone have any advice, or suggestions...I am totally open.

Funny, you think people would grow out of that like the rest of us :)Sounds to me like that person probably has something far more deep going on. AVOIDENCE..that's my solution, haha! Seriously though, you can just keep being who you are and let them figure it out for themselves.
I've had to "breakup" with a few friends like that! haha! They were just to high maintenance! Sometimes I wonder if they just need to understand how they behave, maybe they don't get it. But it's really hard to have a clingy friend and a family, it's too much stress! Good luck!
