ANNOUNCEMENT...ANNOUNCEMENT...
hallelujah!!! The ink is offically dry so we can announce with much excitement and relief that Rob will offically begin working in Cedar Rapids on Sept. 12th. The swap went through!! It is truly an answer to an 11yr. prayer of ours. One that has come with many of high hopes, and let downs along the way but we are very thankful that it all worked out this time around. The best news is that he will not loose any seniority and will be working out of the NE station, which is on our side of town....that may change over time but regardless no more commuting to Waterloo in the winter months, a lot less spent on gas, and more time at home. Yeah Yeah!!
